What if I've tried everything before and nothing's worked?+
Welcome. So has almost everyone here. The reason it didn't work is almost always the method, not you. The system in this program is built specifically for people who've failed the other ones. Different method, different result.
Do I need to follow a strict meal plan?+
No. I don't write meal plans. You'll learn to track properly. Calories first, then protein, then macros. Beer stays. Pizza stays. Chocolate stays. You leave with a skill you can use for life, not a PDF you'll throw away.
How quickly will I see results?+
Most people see scale movement in the first 2-3 weeks once nutrition is dialled in. Visible body composition changes usually start showing around weeks 6-8. The clients on this page who lost 10-26kg did it over 12-24 weeks of consistent work. No quick fixes here, but no plateaus either, because we adjust based on your data.
How much time per week does this actually take?+
